Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully hand-picked and prepared just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. At this time, Hippie Haven Scoops ships within the United States only.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Delivery time begins after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is separate from our processing time.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hippie Haven Scoops is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been shipped, but if there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
