RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many Hippie Haven Scoops products are hand-picked, mystery-style selections, all sales are generally final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, colors, styles, or individual items received in a mystery scoop or bundle.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Hippie Haven Scoops within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared, processed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
